Great atmosphere / feeling - decorated with excellent taste and understated, sophisticated style. lovely staff with good English. We had one night and decided to go back for another! A cosy and welcoming place in a big new city. thanks very much. I had the window open as it was hot and so it's hard to comment on the sound insulation but the street cleaners outside were very noisy, although this is through no fault of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and another bonus was the Geneva travel card that I was issued with, which gave free travel throughout Geneva during my stay. The staff is unbelievably cordial, friendly, and helpful.
