  Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et on ne l'a su qu'après avoir pris notre petit déjeuner qui nous a couté 70 f suisse!

  The airconditioning in the room did not work. bathroom small. harp playing at breakfast not appreciated. hotel just a little too warm. staff very friendly and helpful.

  Really pleased with this hotel. service was outstanding. we received complimentary glass of champagne and dinner both nights was excellent. would definitely go back if in geneva again.

  I had a pleasent stay at bristol. a couple things were not satisfying . 1. housekeeping service. an incident happened when i was in my room . a housekeeping staff sneaked in the room with out notifying me or knocking on the door and when i followed him he said he was looking for his key!! i reported the incident immediately to the front desk and the rest of my stay was peaceful. 2. housekeeping service performance was really poor and does not reflect the true image of the hotel. i'll still consider coming back to bristol if those issues will be solved in the future.

  I have stayed at the hotel bristol many times and i always enjoy my stay. it is a cozy and charming hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. just the right size. i love the location near the lake and particularly the garden facing rooms. thank you for always making my stay memorable.
