	Room needed repairs and looked like it was in the midst of a renovation. the breakfast room was too small. only the woman who checked me in was very friendly-the others during the stay couldn't care less about working in a hotel where the paying customer is important.

	Accès au wi fi gratuit serait un plus au même titre que la carte attribuée avec la réservation pour un usage gratuit des transports en commun(tram,bus, bateaux...)

	Excellent hotel et excellent rapport qualité prix. peut être une connection internet moins excessive que celles proposées par swisscom pourrait être envisagée et apporterait certainement un grand plus.

	We were on ground floor near back lobby so did get some noise at tnihgt - suspect the rooms on the upper floors would have ben quieter.

	Accueil super sympa et conseil excellent. transport offert par l'hotel avec en + les bateaux "mouette" pour traverser le lac. situation entre le lac, le centre et la gare faisable à pied.

	Je suis venue une nuit et ai profité du rabais proposé. cependant, même sans rabais, je pense que le prix de la chambre et rapport qualité prix restent excellents. j'ai apprécié la serviabilité des personnes suite à un problème de "clé"; ce problème a été réglé rapidement et aimablement. en ce qui concerne l'accueil, mon appréciation "moyen" tient au fait que je trouve le personnel professionnel, mais peu souriant. on n'est pas certain qu'il aime vraiment son métier. a part ce bémol, j'ai été satisfaite de l'accueil et du soin qu'on a apporté à mes demandes.
