  Although perfectly satisfied with our room and particularly the hotel dining room, this didn't seem like a 4-star hotel therefore it was expensive compared with other hotels we stayed in.

  Einer der 2 "elektronischen" schlüssel funktionierte nicht, das klima-/heizgerät war defekt und macht wassergeräusche. beim aus-chekcen haben wir diese mängel gemeldet, aber die rezeptions ignorierte es.

  Sound insulation between rooms could be better, sound from outside was good. thick windows:-) doors are way to thin and should be massive and not open under. and please get the aircondiotionsystem to work. i was there 1-3 march and had to have the window open all the time - right until i went to bed. thats unacceptable!!

  Single room size is small and with very little space to move about. resturant staff head not very polite and helpful

  I would prefer to be asked if i wanted a non-smoking room and given one that had not been used by smokers. otherwise, i loved the corner room i had. i was not bothered at all by the train station directly adjacent as the room was soundproof.

  Room with separate entry so to go to the diningroom for breakfast we should go outside (it was sunny so ok) breakfast is a little poor (cheese and ham low quality)

  I thought the hotel was excellent – the rooms were clean and quiet – the shower was great – i liked the “green” ideas of the lights, etc. the bolt did not work correctly – nor the fridge for a couple of days. (but we did not report the bolt – however the fridge was fixed immediately) the restaurant was good- the breakfast was sufficient – it would have been nicer though if they had some variety in items – for those guests who were their longer than 4+ days…the restaurant was clean and well maintained. sometimes, they ran out of plates though, and we had to use saucers. the internet was nice to have – but the one computer was messed up for 2 days + . the front desk staff was courteous

  The room was on the small side but very comfortable. i thought if would have been noisy due to the paroximity to the railway station. but it was not. staff very helpful. breakfast good. a good location and good value for money.

  A very cheerful and helpful team at the montbrilliant. i left a shirt behind in my room and the staff contacted me in zurich to ask for instructions to get the shirt back to me. just one example of the friendliness and customer orientation of the team.

  It was really helpful to have the laptops available in the lobby. i really appreciated that service! front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and very convenient. only problem was very noisy neighbors, but the front desk did call them on our behalf to ask them to quiet down.
