The bolt did not work correctly – nor the fridge for a couple of days. (but we did not report the bolt – however the fridge was fixed immediately)
The restaurant was good- the breakfast was sufficient – it would have been nicer though if they had some variety in items – for those guests who were their longer than 4+ days…The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Sometimes, they ran out of plates though, and we had to use saucers.
The internet was nice to have – but the one computer was messed up for 2 days + .
The front desk staff was courteous

I thought if would have been noisy due to the paroximity to the railway station. But it was not. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. a good location and good value for money.

I left a shirt behind in my room and the staff contacted me in Zurich to ask for instructions to get the shirt back to me. Just one example of the friendliness and customer orientation of the team.

I really appreciated that service! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient.
Only problem was very noisy neighbors, but the front desk did call them on our behalf to ask them to quiet down.
