  While the hotel can't be faulted as it's a veritable 5 star hotel with 5 star facilities the staff are somewhat on the snobbish side, i don't know if that's a swiss thing or just particular to this hotel but for the price one pays you would expect a smile at least

  L’hôtel président wilson est d’une beauté rare et fait pour que l’on se sente complètement à l’aise (nombre des équipements aussi utiles qu’incalculables). la décoration est également magnifique.
