Comments : j ai beaucoup apprecie la comprehension de la direction de l hotel pour gerer l erreur de ma part quant a la date de reservation, m'etant presente ( de bonne foi ) avec 24 h de retard. Certes le tarif internet preferentiel ne m'a pas ete appliqué, mais je n ai pas eu a acquitter la nuit ou je ne fus pas present comme il eut ete legitime.
