Comments : We qualify our recommendation. The level of service and attention to detail for the price in comparison to other 5 stars hotels is inferior. We upgraded to a suite and felt disappointed compared to other European and Asian hotels. No real value for money. Poor restaurant service and training. Our conclusion is that the hotel suffers from a lack of management and a formal training programming of junior staff. The facilities were lovely but we are highly unlikely to return.
