Comments : The room smelled of sewage and the windows had to be opened in both the bathroom and bedroom to be able to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable with both my partner and I having back pain the following morning. The hot water system was not working in the morning so showers were noit possible, but no attempt was made to explain this to guests. The selection and quality of the food available at breakfast was extremely disappointing. The waitress on duty in the breakfast room was completely disinterested and we had we felt very unwelcome. I mentioned the smell and the lack of hot water at checkout, but neither was really aknowledged and quite honestly I will not use this hotel again, or any in their chain.
