Comments : I was amazed at the high quality of the accommodation, particularly for such a reasonable price. And the staff were the most helpful and welcoming of every hotel I've ever visited. I will definitely stay at the Jade again when I return to Geneva.

Comments : l'hotel bien situé légèrement en retrait du centre ville mais le centre ville restez accessible à pied par une ballade de 15 minutes environs, Personnel Hotelier très discret et très professionnel, Chambre agréable a vivre taille correcte pour un séjour ne dépassant pas une semaine, petit déjeuner copieux, service en chambre a la demande ( ménage, blanchisserie,, repas , massage etc.. complet...) En revanche system de Parking à améliorer car pas de parking propre à l'hotel en access direct depuis l'hotel Mais l'hotel donne a ces client des Pass pour les transport en commun Genevois pour leur séjour ... Très pratique car il n'est pas simple de ce garer à genève en voiture exepté dans les parking couvert payant... Donc une très bonne idée ce Pass.

Comments : Ce fut un vrai plaisir d'entrer dans l'univers de cet hotel après un long voyage. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services que peuvent offrir l'hotel sont un plus durant le séjour. L'accès au centre ville est pratique grace au bateau taxi (les mouettes) pour aller de l'autre coté de la rive. L'accès jusqu'à l'aéroport est pratique en taxi (15 à 20 mn) ( 30 à 40 chf ) ou depuis la gare cornavin via -geneve aéroport prend seulement 6 mn en train ( 3chf ) et 5 à 10 mn à pied depuis l'hotel. Je recommande fortement cette adresse

Comments : Déco feng shui fantastique. Très bonne literie. Bon garage. Excellente salle de bain. Airco impeccable.Malheureusement, sommeil en partie empêché par les claquements de portes adjacentes et une vibration du sol sans doute due à l'ascenseur.

Comments : Unfortunately no bar or restaurant in hotel; no iron or tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Once we worked out the trams, we realised the location was better than we'd first thought. The decor of the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly.
