  Les femmes de ménages tapent a la porte trois fois de suite et entre pour vérifier si quelqu'un est la sans même s'excuser et répondent que c'est notre faute si elles viennent si tôt et face a ça la réception ne sait présenter que de pales excuses. de plus la personne qui gère le petit déjeuner vous hurle dans les oreilles et ne respecte pas le calme habituel demande par tous au petit déjeuner. seul les réceptionnistes sauvent un peu le séjour. je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel de si tôt surtout si il garde le même personnel peu compétent et malaimable.

  Das badezimmer könnte grösser sein, die dusche ist sehr klein und hat keine möglichkeit sich an den wände zuhalten. der boden müsste eben sein, gefahr hinzufallen. sonst war das zimmer sehr angenehm.

  L'hôtel bernina souffre d'un manque d'isolation évident(avenue + tranways bruyants).le lit grince et la cabine de douche relativement étroite.le rapport qualité/prix est médiocre.a améliorer.

  Hotel tres bruyant insonorisation chambre très mauvaise, entre 2 chambres n'est pas un 3 etoiles, pas de savon par exemple , dans salle de douche, chambre très sommaire correspondant à un 2 étoiles

  I stay there for 3 days and they gave free public transportation in geneva during stay. staff is very friendly. the hotel looks old and nice. unfortunately free wifi couldn't be reach from the room, so i should go the first floor for good speed wifi. overall i experienced good and comfort stay there. hotel is located to main train station and bus/tram terminal. so it is very easy to connect to all part of geneva using public transportation which available in front of hotel door. commercial street also very near and 15 minutes walk to lake of geneva.

  The only complaint i had was that the hair dryer was poor-- took forever to dry my hair.

  The room had a permanent bad smell. the floor of the room had a noticeable sloped incline. on the bed there was only 1 blanket for 2 people. there were not enough horizontal bars and hooks in the bathroom to put wet towels onto. we found it strange that the amount of croissants and bread pieces per person for breakfast was limited, despite the buffet breakfast. we enjoyed the free coffee, tea and newspapers in the lobby. all hotel staff members were very understanding, helpful and cheerful, and they spoke good english.

  La chambre la plus spacieuse qui m'a été accordée après longue discussion était au dernier étage sous le toit incliné contre lequel on se cogne constamment la tête en sortant du lit trop cher pour un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ***. le personnel à la réception est trés désagréable et ne fait aucun effort

  Das von uns bewohnte zimmer war sehr sauber. allerdings war offensichtlich geraucht worden, obwohl wir ein nichtraucherzimmer hatten. eine renovation - teppich erneuern, wände streichen würde schon genügen - ist angezeigt.

  Choice of breakfast was really dull, the service at breakfast was poor, cleaning table when we arrived, asking if we wanted coffee and then forgetting to bring it. for price it should be spot on the reception staff were helpfull

  Un bar à défaut de mini- bar serait pratique, ainsi qu'un petit room service. ce commentaire parce que je me suis trouvée malade pendant mon séjour et sans possibilité d'acheter une bouteille d'eau sinon, tout était bien a signaler une forte odeur de friture dans la cage d'escalier.

  Régler à l'avance la question fumeur-non fumeur. les fumeurs se sentent mal dans les chambres fumeurs, surtout si il y une moquette

  L'isolation des chambres entre elles est le seul point négatif. pas de bruit venant de la rue par contre les voisins d'à côté s'entendent comme si ils étaient dans votre propre chambre.

  Trop bruyant , cloisons trop fines;entre les persones qui regardent la tv ou qui parlent au telephones a 2 h du matin et ceux qi se levent tot (bruit de wc & de douche) heureusement la chambre ne donnait pas sur la gare...sans quoi..
