Comentario : I arrived at the hotel and was offered a room on 2nd floor which was not clean. I wanted a room with double bed and when I went to the front desk they immediately switched me to the ground floor for a better room and clean so I had a comfortable night. Thank you.,

Comentario : j'avais prévenu la veille à la réception que je devais prendre la navette le matin à 9H .Au moment de partir ,le réceptionniste m'a dit que la navette n'était pas disponible alors qu'elle était dans le parking et un taxi attendait un client éventuel..... Afin de
ne pas rater mon avion je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix mais je n'ai pas trouvé celà très honnête.

Comentario : Hätte gerne gewählt zwischen Raucher/Nichtraucher Zimmer. Küche zu teuer und Qualität des Nachtessens war schlecht. Insgesamt ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis zu hoch.

Comentario : I was told the free shuttle would be available at 7 am which was good for my 9 am flight, however, after I had counted on that shuttle, I was told the driver arrives at 7 but doesnt leave until 7:30 so I had to get a taxi. Way to go guys.

Comentario : The hotel is 5 mins walk from Geneva and has a supermarket which is very practical for us to buy food or snacks! I loved the small lake (that comes with a cute deck) behind the hotel- marvellous landscape! The room is average, but we were provided with bath salts and i thought that was very creative and extremely hospitable. A good way to pamper guests for a 3-star hotel! Highly recommended!!
