Comentario : Todo bien, excepto ese olor fuerte, mezcla de tabaco y comida en las habitaciones. Nos resultó muy desagradable. Deberían prohibir fumar dentro de las habitaciones y colocar extractores potentes en el área del restaurante.

Comentario : Although we requested a non smoking room, there had obviously been a smoker in the room as there was a smell of stale tobacco. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work properly. Having said all that, we will definitely return!

Negative: Breakfast ($18 or CHF 18) was not a good value...expensive for coffee and a roll.

Comentario : It woudl be helpful to have more info about parking etc, including prices of parking outside the hotel (it didn't have a car park). Reception staff were helpful, but it was tricky finding options to leave the car when we arrived very late in the evening.
The room was very stuffy and hot, and I couldn't work out the ac system (if indeed, that was what it was!), but we received a warm welcome, which was nice and the staff helped me with my elderly parents, which was also good.

Comentario : Poor room insulation, especially if your room is next to the lift. The smell from the restaurant actually circulated in the rooms, ok if you like the smell of burnt cheese.
Restaurant- nice decor and entertainment but would not recommend the food.
Location- Near to the public transport and therefore very easy to commute around the city

Comentario : Nous avons du subir une chaleur épouvantable dans les chambres malgré que nous ayons arrêter le chauffage dès notre arrivée. Il nous a été répondu que les fenêtres venaient d'être changées améliorant très sensiblement l'étanchéité des chambres.
Mais dans les parties communes la chaleur éteint pires.
Ceci n'est ni agréable ni écologique et encore moins économique.
Néanmoins, nous donnons une mention spéciale à l'accueil pour tous vos salariés. Juste un petit mot pour les personnes qui servent le petit déjeuner dans votre restaurant: souriez ce n'est pas très difficile.

Comentario : Pour le petit déjeuner,le café était un peu clair, mais tout le reste était très bien. Nous avons réveilloné au restaurant de l' hotel Edelweiss et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Comentario : The hotel was located very well, it was easy to find our way around from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped with maps etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Geneva, it was clean, friendly and good value for money.

Comentario : Absolutely loved this hotel and its chalet decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and end of our 2 week fly drive. The first night we tried the restaurant - what a iniutiation to Switzerland - recommended!! 2nd stay we had an upgrade of room - leaves a very good impression. The area it is in is very ethnic and we found the choice of cuisine excellent. Great place at a good price

Comentario : An excellent hotel for 3 stars. Staff very friendly and helpful; rooms very clean and bright; hotel well located (lakside promenade and railway station).
Lift very, very small (fortunately it did not break down). Evening meal food was only OK but staff remained excellent.
Would recommend hotel to anyone.

Comentario : The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The location was such that within a few minutes we could be in the main shopping area or, in the other direction, in the Botanical Gardens - lovely! Our meal was good and overall, I believe, we had good value for money. It was an experience I would have no hesitation in repeating.

Comentario : The location of the hotel was very good; a 5 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially when attempting to find a self-service laundry mat. The breakfast buffet was very good. And a free internet connection in the lobby kept our teenage boys entertained at times.
