  Breakfast could do with an additional protein, maybe egg or sausage. the only protein that was available was yoghut, but some people are lactose intolerant.

  Never had such a small room before. and a bathroom shared between 3 rooms is not a problem if special attention is given to its clean state, which was definitely not the case here.

  Les chanbres sont tres petites et mal insonoriser le lit et tres petit pour deux personne ca fait vraiment juste on attend l asenceurs qui marche toute le nuit c pas top

  Lors de mon arrivée, la chambre 11 sentait tellement la cigarette, c'était insupportable ! j'ai voulu changer de chambre, je n'ai pas pu. j'ai done eu de la réceptionniste une bombe de parfum pour parfumer l'air ambiant, c'était encore pire, c'était mi-cigarette, mi-parfum floral ! ensuite, l'ampoule de ma table de chevet était cassée, j'ai du demander à la réceptioniste de me la changer. on ne peut absolument pas dormir dans cet hôtel tellement c'est bruyant, un vrai cauchemar ..... je ne lerecommande à personne. au moins un gest commercial n'aurait pas été de trop dans ma situation...

  The staff at hotel st gervais were very welcoming and helpful. the location was off the main roads and not the easiest to find, but less than 5 minutes from the train station, so who can complain!the rooms were not large, but seemed fine for the inexpensive price compared to other hotels. everything was clean. the breakfast is pretty insignificant - bread, a croissant, coffee/tea and juice. maybe that is typical in the french part of switzerland, i don't know.

  Rooms are very small. staff very helpful. close to train station (walking distance)which we were using the next day. free card for public transportation.

  Hotel gives free bus/train ticket upon arrival - very handy. guests are given password to outside door instead of blindly buzzed in - i was confident with this hotel's security.

  L'hôtel est très bien, très simple, dommage de ne pas avoir au moins les wc dans la chambre. vous n'avez pas de chambre double avec deux lits séparés, c'est bien pour un couple.

  A fantastic hotel. great atmosphere / feeling - decorated with excellent taste and understated, sophisticated style. lovely staff with good english. we had one night and decided to go back for another! a cosy and welcoming place in a big new city. thanks very much.

  The size of room was small but perfectly adequate. i had the window open as it was hot and so it's hard to comment on the sound insulation but the street cleaners outside were very noisy, although this is through no fault of the hotel. the staff were very friendly and another bonus was the geneva travel card that i was issued with, which gave free travel throughout geneva during my stay.

  Although we did not mind the extremely sparse accomodations, the ambiance could be improved - everything is stark white, no paintings on walls and room could use an overhead ceiling fan since there is no air conditioning.

  The hotel is extremely noisy: sound insulation is very poor: i woke up in the middle of the night because of some people going up and down the stairs. i woke up early in the morning for the same reason.....
