  Salle de bains exiguë et peu pratique. pas digne d'un 4 étoiles ni du prix demandé, mais d'un 2 étoiles. le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.

  La personne qui s'est occupée de mon check in fut absolument excellente et d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel. de même j'ajouterais sa patience et son aisance à garder le calme, or que j'étais relativement énervé au moment de mon arrivée.

  Would be handy to have a mirror in the bedroom above the console table . electric socket was too far away from mirror on wardrobe door.

  Awful. the trains are going by at an interval of 3-5 minutes. they could not (or did not want to) provide we with an alternative room (e.g. on the other side of the hotel).

  Furniture on the balcony would be great. just simply two chairs and a small table to really enjoy the balcony space and the wonderful views of geneva. all hotel staff very friendly and attentive. they added to the whole experience.

  Gros merci à la reception et plus particulièrement véra qui aide beaucoup en donnant des informations concernant les visites ect et qui est très agréable.

  Très bon hotel , mais j'ai mis moyen dans la rubrique qualité prix car le petit dejeuner n'est pas inclus . 40 francs suisse pour 2 c'est un peu cher quand même , sinon établissement super .bien desservis par les transports et à 10 minutes du lac à pied!!!!

  The hotel was great, it has been remodelled recently and looked new adn trendy. bathroom was great, and with loads of supplies (event hair conditioner!) and room was very nice. only problem is that in the rooms on the back you can hear the noise of the trains passing by, even at night. breakfast is very expensive (around 20€) and not that good value for money. staff was nice and helpful. well located: 8 minutes away from the lake on foot, 5 min away from the international organizations by tram. overall, the hotel is a good choice.

  Very good location, within short walk of railway station which has direct access by train to airport. no need for expensive cabs. the door to the health club facility in the hotel was always locked when i tried it but perhaps i needed special permission to use it, not sure. hotel is not in the prettiest neighborhood but it is within a ten minute walk of the lake and 20 minute walk of the old town. if i could afford a hotel in the old town or by the lake, i would stay there next time but i'm happy with our choice of the auteuil manotel.

  Prezzo un pò alto. per qualche giorno di permanenza in più varia notevolmente. colazione cara. comunque un ottimo hotel. per il resto è di alta qualità.

  I found the room too noisy. i have stayed a few times before - the rooms at the front are noisy from the road and the rooms at the back are noisy from the railway!

  Excellent hotel, central location near the railway, very nice rooms, the shower head is a bit wobbly in an otherwise stunning bathroom, visit the indian restaurant close by, its lovely.

  As a brief stop over before going skiing it was a sensible priced hotel in a good location next to the train station,its a shame you cant open a hotel in verbier.

  Cet hotel est vraiment à recommander : l'acueil est très sympathique,la chambre était très spacieuse avec des produite hermès dans la salle de bain,et également un petit-déjeuner buffet très copieux.
