  Good location, easy access from/to airport and palexpo, the lake is only 200 m. complimentary toothbrush,toothpast and slippers provided. one remark only: i left the towels on the rack but they replaced daily, wcich is not environmental care.

  The personnel was very friendly and willing to help. their possibilities to do so were just a little bit too small. e.g., the promised wireless was not working and could not be fixed. other customer were comlaining about brocken lights etc. the floor in my romm was tiled, which made the feeling of living in a corridor (strange). it not that difficult to hear other guests, even if the tv was switched on. the furniture was going to break, especially my bed had a crack of nearly 1 centimeter already. maybe geneve is expensive, but i would have expected a little better ambience for that amount of money.

  Very nice hotel nearby everything, stay there if you are looking for cheap very clean hotel in geneva. enjoy

  The reception desk workers, were most of the time, unpleasant. the wi-fi network didn´t work properly - it was impossible to use internet.

  Rooms open to the street were very noisy due to high traffic and construction works in the nighbourhood. no sleep possible after 5:30 in the morning.
