  Lovely hotel for a stop in geneva - about 15 mins walk from train station.

  Juste un petit problème de bruit entre le couloir et les chambres, on entends quelque fois les gens parler. mais le reste est excellent...

  Le seul point negatif est le parking de l hotel qui est payant et tres cher.par contre a conseiller vivement le restaurant portobello qui est un delice.

  Very nice, spacious room (by geneva standards), although breakfast and weekday rates badly overpriced. good value on weekends.

  No taxi was willing to go to the hotel from station so i called up the hotel on phone which was answered by a man claiming to be the manager. instead of asking us to take a tram he asked us to walk but was horrible in giving the directions (though it was very simple actually). towing luggage in zero degree temperature on the very first day of landing in switzerland with unclear directions was tough. otherwise hotel was good.

  Service at check in was exceptional. all staff were very friendly and helpful. one of my better hotel experiences. top marks without a doubt.

  Accueil chaleureux . pass offert pour tous les transports en commun durant le séjour.proche toutes commodités. (petit bémol un des repas n'a pas convenu)

  The hotel is fine but it is a little bit out of the way. it was good to receive complementary travel passes for buses and trams for the area though for the period of our stay.

  I was amazed at the high quality of the accommodation, particularly for such a reasonable price. and the staff were the most helpful and welcoming of every hotel i've ever visited. i will definitely stay at the jade again when i return to geneva.

  L'hotel bien situé légèrement en retrait du centre ville mais le centre ville restez accessible à pied par une ballade de 15 minutes environs, personnel hotelier très discret et très professionnel, chambre agréable a vivre taille correcte pour un séjour ne dépassant pas une semaine, petit déjeuner copieux, service en chambre a la demande ( ménage, blanchisserie,, repas , massage etc.. complet...) en revanche system de parking à améliorer car pas de parking propre à l'hotel en access direct depuis l'hotel mais l'hotel donne a ces client des pass pour les transport en commun genevois pour leur séjour ... très pratique car il n'est pas simple de ce garer à genève en voiture exepté dans les parking couvert payant... donc une très bonne idée ce pass.

  Nous nous sommes vraiment reposés dans cet hôtel. salle de bains très agréable pour prendre des bains avec des savons qui sentent très bon. bonne literie, bon sommeil !
