  Quite expensive, but it is inline with the rest of the city, and the quality and service were very good. no complaints, would recommend.

  We very much enjoyed our stay, however, one morning when we went for breakfast a lot of the cutlery was dirty. we took 4 knives from other tables before we found a clean one and the spoons were dirty too. other than that it was great. thank you!

  ça pue le fromage dans tout l'hotel ce qui n'est pas très agréable et comme beaucoup d'hotel la baignoire n'est pas terrible pour se doucher obliger de mettre de l'eau de partout

  Préciser aux usagers de l'hotel d'être discrets dans les couloirs après 24h (portes qui claquent, perssonnes qui tambourinent aux portes, discussions bruyantes) ou insonoriser les portes?

  Très bien très propre. seul bémol : les odeurs du restaurant (raclette, fondue) aussi bien à la réception que dans les étages.

  The only negative factor was the strong smell of the fondues in the restaurant filtering up to the room. cheese smell nice for a little while but after a few hours i becomes overpowering. otherwise an enjoyable stay.

  Parcontre il y avait une forte odeur de fondue le soir dans ma chambre au 5ème! si bien que j'ai dû ouvrir la fenêtre, mais pas grave. peut-être que certains hôtes de l'étranger risquent de ne pas apprécier. le système de porte est bien mais bruyante lorsque que nous rentrons dans la chambre. ca claque un peu fort.

  Impossible de dormir, les portes claquent et vous avez l'impression de dormir sur le palier, c'est dommage car tout le reste va bien. la décoration, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel et le restaurant sont très bien, mais il ne faut pas oublier que l'on va à l'hôtel pour dormir !!! faites quelque chose pour ces portes qui claquent, ça gâche tout !!!

  -petit déjeuner à 7h00 (7h30 pas toujours prêt) -le jus de fruit est reversé sur celui de la veille. -insécurité dans les chambres: vol de +/- 4000 € en liquide (soit par le personnel de nettoyage, ou alors les cartes d'accès au chambre sont d'une sécurité médiocre. le commentaire de votre hôtesse d'acceuil a été tout simple: "j'en parlerai à la direction" mais aucun document n'a été remplis concernant ce fait. j'aurais dû me rendre au bureau de poloce pour la déclaration de vol. mais cela aurait-il servit à quelque chose? en conclusion mon séjour chez vous je ne le recommanderai à personne de mon entourage.

  Our room was comfortable and very clean. breakfast was adequate though not cheap. when we tried to book for dinner on our first night, the staff in the restaurant were unwelcoming - reluctant to fit us in despite the fact that we were staying at the hotel - not a good first impression. the quality of the food was mediocre for the price.

  Un hotel charmant (quelle ambiance dépaysante !) bien situé qui permet de profiter merveilleusement de genève à pied ! a noter également le restaurant typique sympathique et délicieux: bravo pour la raclette !

  Todo bien, excepto ese olor fuerte, mezcla de tabaco y comida en las habitaciones. nos resultó muy desagradable. deberían prohibir fumar dentro de las habitaciones y colocar extractores potentes en el área del restaurante.

  Although we requested a non smoking room, there had obviously been a smoker in the room as there was a smell of stale tobacco. also, the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work properly. having said all that, we will definitely return!

  Positive: location was excellent; staff were helpful and friendly; rooms were nicely decorated and clean. negative: breakfast ($18 or chf 18) was not a good value...expensive for coffee and a roll.

  It woudl be helpful to have more info about parking etc, including prices of parking outside the hotel (it didn't have a car park). reception staff were helpful, but it was tricky finding options to leave the car when we arrived very late in the evening. the room was very stuffy and hot, and i couldn't work out the ac system (if indeed, that was what it was!), but we received a warm welcome, which was nice and the staff helped me with my elderly parents, which was also good.

  Poor room insulation, especially if your room is next to the lift. the smell from the restaurant actually circulated in the rooms, ok if you like the smell of burnt cheese. restaurant- nice decor and entertainment but would not recommend the food. location- near to the public transport and therefore very easy to commute around the city

  Nous avons du subir une chaleur épouvantable dans les chambres malgré que nous ayons arrêter le chauffage dès notre arrivée. il nous a été répondu que les fenêtres venaient d'être changées améliorant très sensiblement l'étanchéité des chambres. mais dans les parties communes la chaleur éteint pires. ceci n'est ni agréable ni écologique et encore moins économique. néanmoins, nous donnons une mention spéciale à l'accueil pour tous vos salariés. juste un petit mot pour les personnes qui servent le petit déjeuner dans votre restaurant: souriez ce n'est pas très difficile.

  Pour le petit déjeuner,le café était un peu clair, mais tout le reste était très bien. nous avons réveilloné au restaurant de l' hotel edelweiss et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

  The room is very nice, comfortable, and have a big and bright bathroom, staffs are very friendly too. overall, this hotel quality has beyond my expectation.

  We had to move rooms due to the 3rd bed (sofa bed) being broken - would have preferred 3 normal beds. but otherwise it was a realy lovely room, location was perfect and staff were lovely.
