  Deux petits bémol à notre séjour : - difficulté pour se stationner, il vaut mieux réserver de suite le parking - le service pour le repas du samedi soir, trop de monde pour le nombre de table, trop de jeune qui apprenne en même temps, manque de discrétion, le repas était bon mais trop cher pour ce qu'il y avait dans l'assiette chambre très correct, les gens serviables et sympathiques

  La qualité de la télé est mauvaise. autant ne pas en mettre ! inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

  Welcome was poor as we had a query about parking and then received short answers. keys to room were not given till after we asked while waiting for our valet parking. noise of cleaning staff and dishes clattering at 8:00am on sunday morning was disturbing. morning staff on check out and evening staff when reurning from our event were wonderful and attentive

  Hotel de bonne qualité et agréable. mais... il est eloigné de nombreux centres d'intêrèt et dans un quartier "glauque".

  The reception and restaurant staff were first class. new receptionist from zurich was brilliant. too many olive trees in the restaurant that had to be navigated at breakfast. restaurant food excellent.

  Very good and value for money hotel in a good location near the lake the standard rooms need a renovation of the furniture excellent staff and breakfast

  Very enjoyable stay. less expensive choices for meals would be appreciated. two dinners in restaurant were excellent but limite choice for quick meals. staff was courteous and helpful especially with mail requirements. a location closer to historic centre would be great.

  Breakfast was below standard for the quality of the hotel. the coffee was cold and the bread/pastries were down-market and very uninteresting.

  I booked a double superior-lake-view room but was disappointed to find the lake view was obscured by another building. it would be more accurate to advertise the room with a partial-lake-view. the room and bathroom were very clean.

  For my needs the hotel location is average since i visited a lot the other side of the city. quality welcome, there was an assistance person to assist carry the bags to the room.

  Un hotel comme le votre devarit avoir disponibles des journaux anglais, francais, allemands, italiens pour les hotes. c'est un element de qualite dçqui ne coute que quelque dizaine de francs chaque jour

  Would prefer to have option to include breakfast in price. chf30 extra per person is quite expensive particularly if you are having a light option. perhaps a choice of breakfast type with different prices would be an option too.

  Modest but classy hotel, perfect for business person, with all the amenities including free wireless internet access. easy to get transport (taxi, public or even walk) to business district, train station united nations, etc. just two blocks from beautiful walking possibilities along the lake.

  Almost all perfect. but bathroom and entrance area too small. shower untight door so all flooded when showering i informed reception about it. too small room for storing cloths.. only 1 hook outside the board for hanging wet jacket etc: a problem in many hotels
