  Great warm welcome from two receptionists. we also got an upgrade and our room was beautiful. only downside no sink with toilet to wash hands as was with bath or kitchenette. not a problem but unusual! breakfast was not so good. no plates, all cold meats, cheese needed filling up. hot items were stone cold and bowls plates not cleared while we ate. selection for a light breakfast was ok but better management required.

  The kipling was a real gem. it was elegant. while the room was a bit small, it was great for one person or a couple that intended to spend little time in the room and enjoy the city of geneva. i would recommend it without hesitation

  Hotel was as described by other users and at the end we took what we expected. it is a good hotel, with a really nice and very clean room. it is located in the red light district area but this wasn;t a big problem. the breakfast was more than average.

  Other than some construction noise ( within hotel?/near room) the sound insulation was very good!!!...would gladly stay again....and glad i chose it over the edelweiss !

  Les tarifs we sont 3 fois moins chers qu'en semaine donc rapport qualité prix ecxellent. neanmoins l'hotel est tres agréable avec une belle déco exotiqhe de tres belles chambre tout confort. hotel dans lequel je retournerai sans hesiter lors de mon prochain séjour à genêve

  Great hotel, hard to find though, you need a great gps! one-way street system is tough to navigate generous offer of local free transit tickets and pleasant people.

  Si je me suis offert une nuit dans votre hotel c'est grace au prix reduit du dimanche, pour cette raison je reponds rapport qualite/prix =moyen car au tarif normal, je trouve tres cher et je ne peux pas conseiller votre hotel a n'importe qui toujours a cause du tarif. j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir a etre dans votre hotel:

  I cannot compliment enough the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at the kipling - from ensuring we could check in early to leaving a birthday message and fruit basket for my boyfriend. they were truly outstanding, and special mention needs to go to kevin & miriyam.

  I would recommend this hotel to friends only if they had the use of a car during their stay as we did not feel too secure in the evening. it seems to be just beside the " quartier chaud" which is a bit off putting. otherwise, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

  Breakfast was not a particularly high standard compared to the cost and so we did not return to it on our 2nd morning. otherwise the room was beautiful - a tad small but we had the top florr with terrace and it was lovely. in general i was impressed with the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the service.

  Cet hotel situe dans un quartier cosmopolite est tres acceuillant et calme,avec l'avantage d'un parking privé.les chambres sont comfortables.le petit déjeuner buffet varié etcopieux.tres bien situé pour une visite touristique de genève,à pied!

  Ravis de notre séjour à l'hôte kippling de genève. mon fils, musicien et qui devait passer un concours, a pu sans problème travailler son violoncelle dans la chambre (évidemment à des heures correctes). l'ambiance très agréable nous a conquis. l'accès par rapport à la ville est confortable. les titres de transport donnés sont très pratiques et nous enlèvent tout souci de communication. si nous devons revenir à genève, c'est au kippling que nous irions.

  Les gens étaient très aimable. l'ascenseur avec le décor de gravures est adorable ! le décor de chambre est aussi agréable et du bon goût. a bientôt sans faute.

  Très agréable séjour, hotel parfaitement bien décorée, exotisme plein de charme c'est rès beau et un très bon service est proposé. dommage que le quartier soit un peu trop exentré...pour rentrer à pied du centre ville la nuit.

  Trash collection outside in morning was loud but otherwise this hotel was excellent based on the quality of the room - furnishings, decor, etc., the decor - in lounge and room, and the location - central, close to train station.

  Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent grâce à la réservation en ligne qui a permis de bénéficier d'un réduction importante, sinon il en aurait été autrement. ceci n'enlève rien au service et à l'accueil qui était excellent. la décoration générale de l'hotel est très agréable et cosy.

  The desk manager was a bit rude and rigid when i needed to check out. i was sick all morning long, and she had no compassion. for this reason, i may not stay there again.

  Es un hotel perfecto, acogedor, bien situado (está justo en el centro junto a la estación) y con las habitaciones limpias y una bonita decoración. el hotel es bastante nuevo y tiene unas merecedísimas tres estrellas, no tiene nada que envidiar a otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas como x (un hotel de la misma cadena mil veces peor, sucio, oscuro, viejo...) el hotel kipling es de lo mejorcito calidad/precio en ginebra.

  Very well structured, both facilities and service from staff. extremely helpful front desk staff. superb location (5 mins walk from main station and 1 min walk to the nearest tram stop), with plenty of food selection around that area. i would give 9.9/10 for this hotel and definitely value for money.

  Hotel is a good standard; furniture is quite good and is a very clean hotel. however, what dis-appointed me during my stay was that electricity have been going off in the entire hotel more than 4 times during my 2 nights stay.

  Très bel hotel, décoration originale et agréable. le personnel est au petit soin. je vous conseil de prendre l'option garage si vous êtes en voiture car il est difficile de se garer. ils nous ont proposé de laisser la voiture au garage après le check out. seul bémol : le petit déjeuner est un peu juste (jus d'orange en brique et ommelette sèche).

  We loved our room and bathroom. everything was beautiful. we didn't have breakfast but it had to be filled in so i just put excellent!

  Staff were most courteous and willing to assist at all times. location close to gare cornavin - trains, buses and trams is very convenient. recommend the extra comfort of an executive room if intend to stay for several nights and if anticipate spending some time in hotel room during the day. would definitely stay at the kipling again if in geneva.

  L'hotel est de qualité, décoration soignée et chaleureuse, taille humaine et certainement un des mieux du quartier (gare), qui lui est vetuste. les immeubles sont majoritairement en piteuses états et semble t'il essentiellement des logements sociaux. très surprenant pour une ville comme genève qui se dit de luxe. gros contraste avec le centre historique. petit bémole sur l'accueil qui n'est pas très professionnel. personnel gentil mais très peu qualifié.
