  We had to change room at 10 pm because the airconditioning was not working. the standard of beds were very poor.

  The only negative thing was the delay in being served in the restaurant on the friday night, which was very bad considering there was only 7 other people in it at the time

  Le room sercive est à améliorer très franchement!! se faire réveilller 4 fois par la femme de chambre pour faire la chambre et le room service qui ne peut pas nous servir car il sont déjà partis et ce sans meme en informer la reception !!!!

  Décevant dêtre facturé 6€ une bouteille d'evian de 33cl après le check out. je pensais qu'elle faisait partie des produits d'accueil, comme ds nombreux hôtels de votre standing. le temps que vous perdez à facturé ces 6€ vous coutent plus cher que le revenu que cela génère!

  Nous avons eu la chance detre surcladdés, nous avons une la suite avec jaccuzi et terrasse , le personnel est admirable, le petie déjeuner exellent vraiment rien a redire

  Two minor things marred the total experience. the toilet door needed a squirt of oil. the bath and sink didn't empty very quickly - partially blocked?

  For a suite we found the room to be small but it was clean and nice. the shower was nice but ran hot and cold at times. the ice machines on most floors did not work. staff were friendly and helpful

  Le 2ème jour le menage a été fait à 17h cuisine moyenne serveur bien mais un des responsables de salle peu efficace tres bel hotel, bravo pour la deco, tableaux, materiaux, éclairage, tapis, fauteuils : atmosphère tres cosy garage un peu cher : 27 euro / jour

  Très bon rapport qualité prix. le personnel est très disponible et fait ce qu'il faut pour rendre le séjour agréable. j'y retournerai avec plaisir. la chambre était très bien.

  J'ai ne suis resté qu'une nuit mais j'ai eu le temps d'apprécier la trés bonne qualité du service et de voir le personel à l'écoute des clients. pour mon prochain passage à genève, ce sera certainement cet hotel que je choisirai. cordiales salutations, rm

  We ate breakfast on 3 of our 4 days stay.irrespective of what time we arrived the hot food containers with eggs,sausages,omlettes,bacon etc were empty and we had to ask for some to be cooked.a pity because otherwise the breakfast selection was very good.

  The gym room is perhaps a little too warm due to sun exposure and lack of efficient air conditioning. all other facilities are perfect.

  1. the size of the room was very good, but it was a junior suite. 2. you should have a n/a selection, as i neither had breakfast, nor used the services and facilities of the hotel, just being overnight.

  Breakfast was good but fairly expensive even for geneva standards. room was a very good value 3 of the 4 nights but for some reason monday was drastically higher than other nights ... you need to pay attention to daily rates vs. average rate. otherwise, fantastic hotel; service was excellent (even if it wasn't in geneva the service would have qualified as excellent.

  The quality rating ought to be good as it's a very pleasant hotel but there were too many things wrong with general maintenance: tv remote not working, minibar fridge not working, basin cold tap not working, toilet roll holder broken and at least 2 out of 3 ice machines not working. all these issues should be resolved before a room is let.

  Trés bel hotel de standing ou le personnel est trés compétent et toujours dévoué. les chambres sont trés spacieuses et trés bien équipées. le petit déjeuner est trés copieux et le restaurant de l'hotel ne maqnue pas d'attrait non plus. pour les clients qui sont en voiture, un parking avec voiturier est à disposition.bref, rien à redire que des choses positives. un trés bon séjour et une nuit magique!!!

  It would have helped to be notified that the hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay, as the sound of drilling and hammering at 8am every morning and the smell of paint ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing break. the hotel staff were not helpful and shrugged their shoulders in a typical french 'there's nothing i can do manor' check building work has finished before booking!

  We booked 2 rooms & requested for rooms to be together and on higher quiet floor as we are aware of noise from the trains. despite the confirmation from hotel, we were given rooms on low floor where each time a train went by, we experienced a minor earthquake feeling. when assigned rooms upon checkin & found that we were given rooms on low floor, i requested for a change but was told rooms are not noisy. when we found out that was not true, the hotel could not find us any rooms on higher floor. very disappointed with service from a 4-star hotel although they tried to compensate for their mistake by giving us free tea & cakes in the lounge.

  Supongo que por error, me cobraron las dos noches de hotel el mismo dia que lleguÉ, ademÁs tuve un problema el dia de la salida con el tema del pago del hotel. grÁcias a mi banco y los avisos por mensaje supe que ya lo habia pagado. ademÁs tuve que llamar al banco para que me lo verificaran para mi trannquilidad. a la salida sÓlo pague el desayuno y tasas cÓmo era evidente. estoi descontenta con el trato recibido.

  Only one minor complaint was the shower had no shower curtain and the bathroom ended up flooded after taking a shower.

  Si l'hotel est excellent, le restaurant de l'hotel "rive droite" est nul. autant le service que la cuisine. c'est le gros point de déception.

  We stayed for three nights from august 17th to 20th, 2007. we have two minor complaints. our first complaint is the poor handling or follow-up action on problems of the hotel staff. the safe in our room was locked when we arrived, probably by the previous guest. we twice informed the hotel receptionists about the problem as well as our concern that the previous guest might have forgotten to clear the contents in the safe before leaving. both times the receptionists said that they will get someone to check on the matter but failed to do so, hence we were not able the use the safe during our entire stay. our second complaint is cleanliness. while our room may be cleaned everyday by housekeeping staff, the bath-tub in our room, however, was not cleaned at all on the second day of our stay at the hotel, even with obvious visible stains.

  Vu que la double que j'avais réservé ne correspondait pas, on m a offert une suite pour le même prix !!!! et en plus offert le parking . la classe

  Exceptional service level. all staff from front desk to room maids & restaurant servers were professional, charming and totally focused on guest satisfaction. reception was outstanding in receiving us early in the morning and not making us feel like a bother - excellent initiatives all around!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. our specail thanks to ahmad, who was our designated person from the desk for his helpfulness and promptness. enjoyed our stay. would recommend the place. however, only problem was being charged for children's tv game (which you get on any tv in the uk) without even being aware of it and even with a few minutes use (under communication cahrge. future visitors be aware!).

  Only one cup for coffee, and one pillow on bed when we arrived, even though it was a double room. we found a pillow in the wardrobe.there were only 2 sachets of coffee and milk, not enough to have a drink when we arrived and in the morning and only one sachet of tea. the room was very hot when we arrived, didnt seem to be able to work the fan. car park facility was good, and car park attendance very helpful and cheerful. he looked after us well. nice reception and seeting area.

  Les salles de bain manquent d'étagère, aucun endroit pour poser sa trousse de toilette... beaucoup d'eau gâchée en attendant l'arrivée de l'eau chaude qui tarde à venir dans la douche, à moins que l'on aime les douches froides !
